This always result to inequality and injustice. Other government offices serving the public are also affected. The first issue here is funds. Money that should be given for the benefit of everyone becomes the personal funds because of corruption.
  3. The problem of a nation can sometimes be worsen by another nation. There are treaties, yes. there are international agreements, yes. However, these connections are where the problems arises. The solution a particular country has can be affected by the solutions another country will give. It is quite complicated for there are times when it is just being used to take advantage of the country.

Political issues and matters are not like sewing machine buffs, that solutions are easy to find and do. Courses of actions are required to have allowance in case of failures and mistakes.

You also need to be a motivator. Having the position is not just about possessing  power, but getting all the rights to manage and handle people in every aspect. The whole you will be criticized through your governance and unfortunately also get ready to be criticized even if you are just living your personal life. But, if it is really your dream and goal to be known and be part of everyone’s lives, serve the public and make a difference.

The competencies one needs to serve the public are not really difficult to have. Objectively, certificates are just there and can be attained  easily. The most significant characteristic a public servant should have is pure heart. If you have this you will not be tempted to do acts that might affect the lives of people and the country you are serving because the welfare of the country and people should be your top priority.
